Pillars of management is a discipline that typically includes four general functions: planning, organizing, directing and controlling. Individuals can develop their knowledge and skills in these areas to be more effective managers and leaders, while accomplishing organizational goals.

Whether you are new to management or plan to move into a management role in the future, our Pillars of Management Certificate of Completion will help you develop the fundamentals skills needed to be a successful manager. In this program, discover practical techniques for improving your communication skills, learn the fundamentals of human resources management, and increase your understanding of how to interpret, evaluate and analyze financial statements.
