Course description

Mediation complexity increases exponentially when multiple parties are involved. In this course, you will discover specific interventions to adapt and design the mediation process for multiparty environments.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to

  • design interventions for specific scenarios based on multiparty mediation processes.
  • identify specific mediation tools to facilitate the mediation process.

•   This course is synchronous and conducted in a virtual classroom. Requirements: laptop/desktop computer, stable Internet connection, camera, microphone.
