Course description

Junior; 11 years and under:
Presentation and adjudication of an original speech OR original or adapted story in a non-competitive festival class for students 11 years and under. Participants present in a style that balances advance preparation with in-the-moment spontaneity and features direct connection with the audience. The speech or story should not be memorized or read.  Note cards may be used in public speaking. Participants must bring an outline for the adjudicator. Time limit is 4 minutes.  

Senior; 12 years and over:
