Course description
We are thrilled to announce the MRU Summer Strings Workshop, a week-long program open to individuals of all levels between the ages of 8 and 19. This workshop, led by acclaimed musicians Eric Auerbach and Michael van der Sloot, promises an enriching experience centered around chamber music, technique, music theory, and more.
The MRU Conservatory will be the host venue for this exciting workshop, which will take place from July 17th to July 21st. The daily schedule will run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, allowing participants to immerse themselves in a comprehensive and immersive musical journey.
During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to explore and refine their skills through engaging chamber music sessions. Additionally, the program will cover various aspects of technique, offering valuable insights and practical guidance to enhance musical abilities. Music theory lessons will also be integrated into the curriculum, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience.
