Muscle Energy Techniques (MET) is a manual therapy technique that uses the gentle muscle contractions by the patient to relax and lengthen muscles, and normalize joint motion.

Examine how these techniques can be used to address acute and chronic injuries or maintain normal joint range of motion to optimize physical performance. This course is recommended for certified, licensed or registered allied healthcare professionals.
