Course description

Discover how to assess the impact of an inclusive classroom across a range of topics, focusing on identifying student needs and implementing appropriate strategies for student program plans. You will explore behavioural strategies, classroom management and differentiated instruction.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to 

  • work collaboratively with others to enhance the experience and development of young children with special needs. 
  • explore the social and educational benefits of a diverse and inclusive classroom. 
  • employ methods of differentiation in instruction within a diverse classroom.
