Course description

Discover the value of becoming a change leader by learning practical strategies and techniques for creating a change management plan and executing it throughout the change management life cycle. Case studies and real-world examples guide you step-by-step through each stage of planning, communicating and implementing change to achieve desired results.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to

  • apply impact analysis to capture, group and assess the magnitude of the impacts on the business and the people.
