Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:  

  • Collaborate with influencers and ambassadors to meet marketing goals  
  • Summarize the influence of word of mouth marketing in new marketing  
  • Develop and adapt content across various word of mouth marketing platforms, such as social media, ambassador programs and in-person events and community initiatives  
  • Create talkable and shareable content  
  • Implement a word of mouth marketing plan

•   This is an online, asynchronous course; it is not an independent study course. There are set due dates for graded and non-graded assessments and students are required to actively participate throughout the course via discussion and other activities.
