Course description

Use data from popular social media channels to increase the effectiveness of your digital marketing.

Draw analytical information from Google, Facebook, Instagram and X to objectively measure the performance of online marketing efforts, including important indicators such as awareness, attention, reach and influence.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • interpret data using popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and X
  • apply digital measurement tools to determine the effectiveness of social media campaigns
  • connect social media channels to marketing measurement dashboards
  • create custom metrics and reports specific to organizational needs
  • generate SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time-sensitive) marketing goals
