Design social media strategies that attract the right audience, build trust and prompt action. 
Connect your ideal target markets with long-term marketing objectives by using advanced audience profiling, setting intelligent social media objectives, choosing the best social channels and producing compelling, shareable content.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to

  • design advanced target audience profiles that focus on behaviours and activation.
  • develop a set of social media objectives that contribute to organizational goals.
  • identify the ideal social media mix.
  • create an engagement map (marketing funnel).

•   This is an online, asynchronous course; it is not an independent study course. There are set due dates for graded and non-graded assessments and students are required to actively participate throughout the course via discussion and other activities.
