Course description

Figure out how to make good decisions with your money, from choosing the right bank account to payment methods. You will create a budget and personal spending plan to track your regular income and expenses.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Choose a bank and bank account that best meets their needs 
  • Identify the pros and cons of different payment methods 
  • Categorize purchases as needs or wants 
  • Track personal income and expenses 
  • Create a spending plan (budget)
