Course description

Learn about and identify potential online risks, including cyberbullying. Strategies for being safe online while searching the Internet will also be discussed. Lastly, this course will help you to learn how to safely download files and keep your personal information safe.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of the course the student will 

  • identify key words of the Internet.
  • describe strategies for staying safe online.
  • explain cyberbullying and how to deal with it.
  • summarize how to download and share files.
