Course description

Begin to understand programming concepts and terms of the computers used in your everyday tasks. You will learn about code editors, online programming environments and practice writing computer programs.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • identify the hardware and software components of computers describe computer programming
  • use web-based programming tools write simple computer programs using logic and looping and test them
  • increase their understanding of computers and gain confidence using them
