Improve your reading, writing, speaking, listening and viewing skills as well as functional math skills related to employment and independence. Skill and ability improvement is targeted on an individual basis.Learner outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to
- set short-term and long term goals related to assets.
- define expenses including needs and wants.
- develop a personalized budget and strategies to realize this budget.
- demonstrate the ability to use a calculator for basic operations and percentages.
- demonstrate increased reading strategies.
