Course description

Discover the basics of an electronic spreadsheet and correct terminology in the MS Excel environment. Enter data, apply formatting in various ways and perform calculations by creating formulas and using simple functions.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to
  • create, edit, save and print.
  • enter information, freeze and split panes, and move within/between worksheets.
  • create formulas and format.
  • use references, cut/copy/paste and AutoFill. 
  • edit charts using Excel as a database.
