Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to
  • describe the type of work environment you will find in the floral industry, hours, seasonal work, physical aptitude, time management and compensation.
  • recognize the types of skills floral shop owners are looking for when hiring staff.
  • identify some of the expectations a floral shop owner has for their employees.
  • explore different floral careers/opportunities available in the Calgary floral market place today.
