Gain an overview of conflict management principles and best practices. Learn to assess and manage your own response and approach to conflict in the workplace.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to

  • recognize the process of conflict.
  • apply different conflict styles appropriately.
  • use awareness of your own reactions (perception and feelings) and those of others in conflict.
  • recognize the positions, issues, and interests at play in conflict situations.
  • identify and assess your own conflict triggers and patterns of behaviour.

•   This course is synchronous and conducted in a virtual classroom. Requirements: laptop/desktop computer, stable Internet connection, camera, microphone.
