Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to

  • define customer profile (primary and secondary), distribution channels, competitor strengths and weaknesses and the customer relationships needed for business success. 
  • develop the marketing strategies for effective customer relationships. 
  • expand on the business activities related to the business type, human resources and professional team required for business success. 
  • complete the segments of the business planning canvas to this point.
