Learn how to associate the value proposition, customer information, distribution challenges, and competition strengths and weaknesses into a marketing strategy. Expand on your business operations and identify human resource needs and professional services required.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Define customer profile (primary and secondary), distribution channels, competitor strengths and weaknesses and the customer relationships needed for business success 
  • Develop the marketing strategies for effective customer relationships 
  • Expand on the business activities related to the business type, human resources and professional team required for business success 
  • Complete the segments of the business planning canvas to this point
