Course description

Explore different aspects of managing conflict situations. You will examine conflict in today's workplace, inquire about Indigenous worldviews and ethical space, and learn about interventions available to foster appropriate outcomes.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Examine causes and effects of conflict in the workplace 
  • Explore Indigenous worldviews and the creation of ethical space 
  • Illustrate the role and function of a conflict coach 
  • Discuss the use of mediation for conflict management
