Course outline

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to

  • understand the nature of employee relations.
  • be able to define and develop appropriate employment terms and conditions that will enable the organization to meet its objectives.
  • understand the legal implications of employee relations policies.
  • be able to develop employee relations policies and procedures.
  • be able identify, understand, and resolve employee relations concerns in the workplace.
