Apply the project management principles and practices you have acquired through the first five courses to successfully see a project through its life cycle.Learner outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to
- describe the approach you are taking to deliver a real-world project to gain buy-in from your team and project stakeholders.
- demonstrate your ability to plan, design, and implement a project in a structured way.
- apply key project methodology, including defining the scope, setting up the governance, establishing the schedule, managing risks, and measuring success.
