Course description

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to 
  • analyze the effectiveness of various processes, techniques, and tools used to manage a project.
  • describe how projects contribute to business objectives. analyze the role of leadership in achieving successful project outcomes. 
  • evaluate key procurement strategies, techniques, and templates.
  • develop a conflict analysis, a responsibility assignment matrix, and a work breakdown structure.
  • discuss the importance and relevance of key meetings, requirements gathering, quality management, and procurement documentation.
