Course description

Continue your explorations of the ADDIE model of instructional design by implementing and using peer and instructor evaluation to refine the course. You will learn to design training for instructors and learners, explore processes for collecting and analyzing feedback, revise instructional design and report pilot results.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to

  • design training procedures for instructors to include content, outcomes, delivery method and assessment.
  • design training procedures for learners to include technical and administration requirements.
  • identify criteria to evaluate the instructional design of a course.
  • evaluate information gathered from all sources during the delivery of a course module.
  • develop strategies to revise the course module.
