Course description

Learn to apply the ADDIE model through the development of a course module. You will gain an overview of the foundations of technical writing and use concepts and components covered in previous courses to prepare a course module using a development template.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to

  • apply the principles of technical writing standards.
  • customize a development template integrating components from the design phase to create a course module.
  • develop a course outline.
  • create content and integrate technologies into the course module.
  • evaluate the effectiveness of the course module based on peer feedback.
