Explore ways to foster, manage and sustain innovation for organizational growth and success. Identify untapped opportunities and areas of your business or organization where strategic innovation is needed, and apply techniques and strategies to lead successful innovation initiatives.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to

  • recognize the relationship between strategy and innovation to align with business goals. 
  • identify untapped opportunities where strategic innovation is imperative for success. 
  • apply techniques and strategies to lead successful innovation initiatives including practices in systems and design thinking.
  • recognize organizational factors and behaviours that may impact innovation, positively and negatively.  
  • apply skills and strategies to define, plan and execute strategic planning and innovation.
