Course description

Learn to design and use appropriate metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform decision making, evaluate performance and achieve business objectives. Improve the success of strategic initiatives by effectively communicating performance results and issues.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to

  • understand the value and purpose of using performance metrics to meet strategic goals. 
  • design and use appropriate metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform decision making, evaluate performance and achieve business objectives. 
  • present and communicate performance issues and results effectively.
