Course description

Continue to build on the theory and practice you gained in your introduction to being an educational professional, and develop a deeper understanding of the code of professional conduct for education assistants.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to

  • analyze various methods of facilitating learning. 
  • describe the impact of society and culture on schools and students. 
  • recall and specify various aspects of the teaching and learning environment. 
  • respond to emergent needs of learners.
