Course description

Discover the value of becoming a change leader by learning practical strategies and techniques for creating a change management plan and executing it throughout the change management life cycle. You will use case studies and real-world examples to guide you through each stage of planning, communicating, and implementing change to achieve desired results.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to 

  • define design requirements and a future state by engaging stakeholders and subject matter experts to the appropriate level of detail.
  • apply impact analysis to capture, group, and assess the magnitude of the impacts on the business and the people.
  • differentiate between change and transition.
  • explore strategies and tactics to create buy-in, move the organization forward, and manage people transitions.
