Course description

Examine the basic concepts of property law — intellectual, personal and real — in relation to contract management. Learn about the legal issues related to property ownership and understand how it relates to the creation and implementation of contracts.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to

  • describe the basic concepts of property law.
  • understand the implications of property law (including intellectual property, real property, and personal property) for contracts.
  • explain the legal issues related to property ownership.
