Course description

Gain an understanding of the vital role contracts play in business and discover how to properly manage them throughout their lifecycle. You will learn to describe common contract structures and identify and define contract risks. By mastering how to document negotiation outcomes, navigate common legal terms, secure approvals, and store contracts for easy stakeholder reference, you will build the practical skills needed to protect and support your organization.
