Course description

Understand your organization's needs and gain the skills to ensure that every contract is built on real business requirements. By exploring how to maximize negotiations with clear variables for discussion, you will align contracts with the goals and objectives of your organization or department. Discover how to identify and assess the impact of contract stakeholders, and create a comprehensive contract requirements document.

  • develop a structured business needs assessment.
  • identify organizational requirements and stakeholders as they pertain to a contract.
