Course description

Requirements gathering is used to plan, elicit, analyze, integrate, and model business requirements into product and service solutions and designs. Models provide a visual representation of requirements that conveys information in a concise and understandable manner. By using a combination of collaborative elicitation, requirements analysis, and visual models, a framework is established to ask relevant questions, receive insightful answers, present information, and validate stakeholder input to determine solutions for business problems or opportunities. You will explore techniques and practices used to gather requirements, while learning to identify and understand the levels of requirements that define a solution scope.
