Course description

Discover the qualifications organizations look for in business analysis professionals. Through practical activities, you will master the essentials of the field: identifying business needs, assessing processes, engaging stakeholders, and delivering feasible solutions aligned with organizational goals. By the end, you will develop a firm understanding of the business analyst's role and the ways they provide an organization with genuine value.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to

  • identify and manage key stakeholders.
  • examine the capabilities of an organization using strategic analysis tools.
