Discover what qualifications organizations are seeking in business analysis professionals. Participate in activities introducing you to concepts of requirements identification, process assessment, engaging with stakeholders, identifying business needs, and providing feasible solutions aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Develop a firm understanding of the role of a business analyst and how to provide an organization with genuine value.Learner outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to
- describe the role and responsibilities of a business analyst and how a BA adds value to an organization.
- identify stakeholders and how to engage them through meaningful elicitation.
- examine the capabilities of an organization using strategic analysis tools.
- define the different categories of requirements.
- apply common approaches to measure the performance and success of a solution.
