Course description
Discover core warehouse functions, materials handling equipment options, performance metrics, industry trends, and technology advances that are changing warehouse design. You will calculate inventory performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), determine replenishment order quantities, and manage inventory budgeting. Finally, you will examine different inventory types, required activities, and the formal governance needed for successful inventory performance and strategy execution.Learner outcomes
