Funeral Service Education at Mount Royal University integrates online theory and hands-on experiential learning, through the completion of supervised practica and work experience.

Examine the funeral service profession including its history, elements of a service, the roles and responsibilities of funeral directors, embalmers and other funeral service professionals. If you decide to make it a career choice, this course also satisfies the entrance requirement for admission to the Funeral Service Education certificates and diploma.
