Course description

Leverage data from popular social media channels to optimize the performance and effectiveness of your digital marketing strategies. You will learn to extract and analyze information from platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and X to measure the performance of your online marketing efforts. By mastering key indicators—such as awareness, attention, reach, and influence—you will gain the data-driven insights necessary to measure campaign effectiveness and make informed, strategic marketing decisions.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to: 

  • interpret data using popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and X.
  • apply digital measurement tools to determine the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • correlate social media channels to marketing measurement dashboards.
  • create custom metrics and reports specific to organizational needs.
  • generate SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time-sensitive) marketing goals.
