Course description

Advance your floral design skills with exciting new design ideas, gaining valuable hands-on experience with current industry concepts. You will explore contemporary techniques and work with diverse materials to create more complex, striking floral arrangements.

Learner outcomes

 Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to 
  • identify flowers used in the course.
  • practice care and handling techniques.
  • identify signs of maturity in fresh cut flowers.
  • apply the mechanics and techniques involved in floral design.
  • apply the principles and elements of design.
  • develop the ability to critique designs.
  • create floral arrangements.
