Course description

Learn how to effectively manage conflict or anger amongst adult learners with different points of view. Share your experiences and practice effective techniques to handle conflict without discouraging the enrichment that can come from expressing diverse perspectives and experiences.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to
  • provide your own definition of ‘Conflict.’
  • understand the place of conflict in learning.
  • develop a philosophy and strategy for managing classroom conflict situations.
