Course description

Learn how to align HR strategies with your organization's business strategy in order to contribute to its overall effectiveness. Discover how to address the challenges of a global workforce, competition for talent and performance management practices while building your toolkit of HR solutions.

Course outline

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to

  • identify the evolution of HR and the components required for ongoing and future successes.
  • examine the importance of aligning HR strategies with the organization's strategic plan.
  • discover the challenges associated with globalization and how HR needs to address these challenges. 
  • evaluate a talent management strategy.
