Course description

Acquire a solid understanding of the characteristics that define succession planning and be able to develop a strategic succession plan for your own organization when replacing valuable skilled employees.

Learner outcomes

 Upon completion of this course, students will be able to
  • define succession planning.
  • identify the impact that succession planning can have on policies and procedures.
  • identify strategies for developing an inclusive high-performing organizational culture.
  • explore crucial organizational realities that necessitate managing succession planning as a business imperative.
