Course description
Gain an in-depth understanding of how leveraging diversity, equity and inclusion serves as a competitive advantage to those who embrace it. Develop a holistic perspective of DEI concepts and the knowledge and tools to create an engaging, effective and efficient workplace environment.Learner outcomes
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to
- define and have a working understanding of the terms diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- identify strategies for developing an inclusive high-performing organizational culture.
- explore crucial organizational and societal realities that necessitate managing diversity not only as a business imperative, but one that contributes to society as well.
- recognize best practices in creating, implementing, evaluating, and communicating diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
