Course description

Gain an understanding of the activities and functions associated with determining processes, managing resources and cultivating a learning environment during the project. Examine what is involved in delivering the scope and quality of the project that was initiated.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to
  • explain what processes are appropriate to effectively manage a project. 
  • discuss how a continuous learning environment during a project contributes to process improvement and enhanced team capability. 
  • describe how projects contribute to business objectives.

•   This course is synchronous and conducted in a virtual classroom. Requirements: laptop/desktop computer, stable Internet connection, camera, microphone.
