Course description

Gain an understanding of the activities and functions associated with creating an effective and collaborative project team culture, and engaging and serving stakeholders for optimum project success. Learn about the importance of good communications to support successful stakeholder engagement.

Learner outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Apply various models as they pertain to leadership across teams and stakeholder groups. 
  • Analyze stakeholders and their impact using various techniques. 
  • Use artifacts to document team and stakeholder information that best engages people to communicate effectively on a project.
