In partnership with York University’s School of Continuing Studies, Mount Royal University is pleased to offer the Product Management Extension Certificate, a part-time, accelerated program. This program will prepare you to lead cross-functional teams, drive innovation and confidently bring products to market.

Through a blend of business strategy, user experience (UX) design and agile project management, you will explore the entire product management lifecycle from customer discovery and competitive analysis to data analytics and roadmap development.

You will learn how to prepare and present a compelling business case for a product or service, communicate a clear vision and strategy and apply agile principles to bring ideas to life. You’ll implement frameworks like design thinking and UX to support diverse business needs and use data to evaluate product features and measure success after launch.
