“My interest in pursuing a career in Quality Control or Quality Assurance was the reason behind taking the QMGT certification at NAIT. I was a little skeptical about it being 100% virtual, but this course exceeded all my expectations.
It was very well structured, starting off with basic concepts and taking you through to more technical details at a steady pace. Robert was an extremely patient and accommodating instructor. His knowledge and expertise offered an invaluable learning experience.
I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to delve deeper into the concepts of Quality Management, regardless of background.”
