Course description

Experience a variety of useful facilitation techniques, from using visual models for obtaining required information to collaborative problem solving and consensus-building. You will have the opportunity to plan and lead a short, facilitated workshop and receive feedback from peers to help improve your personal facilitation skills. Gain skills to be better prepared to develop presentations, facilitate activities and participate more effectively in meetings and workshops.

•   This is an online, asynchronous course; it is not an independent study course. There are set due dates for graded and non-graded assessments and students are required to actively participate throughout the course via discussion and other activities.

Once you have activated your account and have your MyMRU login information, you can log into your MRU Google account using your @mtroyal.ca email address and set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
