Choirs

The Mount Royal University Conservatory offers several vocal groups arranged by age and skill level to perform choral music. Our choir classes provide a fantastic opportunity to meet and perform with others who share a passion for singing. MRU Conservatory choral programs are like a unique arts-based team sport!

Whether you're looking for singing lessons in Calgary, vocal ensemble programs, or choir workshops, we have options for all experience levels. For those seeking to refine their skills, we also offer advanced choral training.

Youth Choirs

• Mount Royal Ariel (Kindergarten)
• Mount Royal Arietta (Grades 1 - 2)
• Mount Royal Aria (Grades 3 - 4)
• Mount Royal Arioso (Grades 5 - 9)
• MRU Youth Choir (Grades 9 & up)
• Joyful Notes Children’s Choir (Ages 5 - 14. Auditions required)

Adult Choirs

• Mount Royal Kantorei (18 & up, auditions required for new members)
• Zhi-Yin Choir (15 & up, auditions required for new members)
