Contract Management in supply chain management involves the negotiation, supervision and assessment of agreements between parties to optimize performance and meet business goals.

In supply chain management, the effective formation and management of contracts increases clarity, manages expectations and mitigates risk. Learn how to negotiate and manage contracts by enrolling in this short, focused certificate.

Effective January 2, 2025, the Supply Chain Management Extension Certificate will be suspended and the courses reorganized into three new extension certificates:

  • Procurement Extension Certificate
  • Transportation and Inventory Management Extension Certificate
  • Supply Chain Contract Management Extension Certificate

Current students who have already completed at least one course can choose to either complete the suspended certificate or apply their coursework to any or all of the new certificates.
